GRATITUDE Class | NOV 21 | 5:30-6:45 | $12
The holidays are officially here! While this time is filled with joy, family and friends, it can also be a stressful time. Not to worry — yoga to the rescue! A yoga practice can alleviate stress due to travel, family and can even help aid in digestion before / after that big turkey (or Tofurkey) meal. This mixed level, flow style class will help reduce stress, prep for a big meal, and aid in digestion. Most importantly, the practice will encourage an "attitude of gratitude" with a brief closing meditation. Join us for a thank-full practice!
